Historic downtown New Bedford is a wonderful place with history, parks, museums, shops, eateries, brewries and an historic working waterfront. A lot to see and do, not to mention the venue itself: the New Bedford Whaling Museum.
Work on and Submit your Abstract
If you want to present an oral presentation or a poster, no time like the present to get it starteed with submitting your abstract.
Relax with a plate of pan seared scallops
Pan Seared Scallops - A super simple, yet delicious recipe to prepare scallops. Pan seared scallops at home are the chef's kiss. Best with a cast iron or stainless steel pan, easy to change with different herbs at the end. Add to pasta; serve over mashed potatoes, polenta, or rice; serve on bed of greens, or just enjoy as is. You can also add more butter as you cook the second side to make more brown butter sauce to drizzle over the scallops! Not too much though. Don't want to drown them...
