Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing (email to info@internationalpectinidworkshop2026.com). Cancellations, received before March 31, 2026, are subject to a charge of 25% of the registration fees for administrative costs. From April 2, 2026, refunds will not be provided, except under exceptional circumstances. Replacements by colleagues are welcome at no extra cost.

Are there any special requirements for attendees?
Attendees are required to bring a valid ID and proof of registration upon arrival. International participants should ensure their travel documents are in order.
Is the online registration Secure?
Yes, our checkout process is fully secured with end to end Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for payment processing through Stripe.
Can I register on-site?
Late registration will be available online and on-site up to April 28th, subject to availablility. Space is limited, however. To ensure your spot, we do suggest online registration in advance.
What is Included in Registration?
Industry Day Registrations include all activities and workshops for that day and a complimentary T-shirt
All paid registrations include all activities hosted by workshop (Field Trip, Industry Day) and 1 T-Shirt
Are meals included with the registration?
Yes, the registration fee includes lunch and refreshments during the workshop days. Special dietary needs should be communicated in advance.
What events are included
While we are still solidifying the “extra” events, currently we have a “field trip” and special “Industry Day” focussed on and run in direct coordination with scalloping industry representatives.
Both of these events (and almost all probable additional events, if any) are included with all paid registrations along with a conference T-Shirt.
As we solidify the program any additional activities will be posted under the Agenda menu.
How can I confirm my registration?
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and further instructions from IPW Staff (info@internationalpectinidworkshop2026.com). If you registered recently and do not see a confirmation email from IPW Staff, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us.

Can you support dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?
Yes. We can make every effort to accomodate any special dietary needs, accessibility issues, and any other special needs you may have.
On the registration form there is a checkbox for Special Needs Requested. If checked “yes” a text area box will appear. Please add any special dietary, modility or other needs as concisely as possible in this box. If we have additional questions we will get in touch with you.
